libfreerdp-rail1.1 software package provides Free Remote Desktop Protocol library (rail library), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfreerdp-rail1.1
libfreerdp-rail1.1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfreerdp-rail1.1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfreerdp-rail1.1 *
